Are you an ambitious, data-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving impactful results? Join our team as a Demand Generation Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This role is central to our marketing efforts, with a focus on lead generation and nurturing for radiation oncology clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with product marketing, brand teams, and sales to develop and implement targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, advertising, webinars and events)

Build and optimize automated lead generation nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel.

 Monitor,  analyze and report campaign and content  performance,  measuring effectiveness and using insights to refine efforts and maximize pipeline impact.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for growth.

Work closely with the North American, International sales teams and distributors  to ensure alignment on lead quality, quantity, and adapt campaigns to meet the unique needs of different regions.

Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support broader team objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, related field or equivalent work experience

Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing required, an added plus for Radiation Oncology experience.

Previous  experience managing campaigns and segmenting data utilizing marketing automation tools. HubSpot is strongly preferred. Experience in  Marketo or Pardot will also be accepted.

Prior experience building strong ICPs  and programs for targeted accounts.

Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision.

Ability to work effectively across teams, bringing people together to achieve shared goals.

EST / CST Time Zone preferred
