As our Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping Stora’s product experience, driving innovation, and setting the design vision for our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs that address real-world needs, elevate the user experience, and align with business objectives. Your leadership will influence not just individual features, but also the broader design strategy as we scale.

  Full-cycle design ownership: Lead projects from discovery and problem definition through to concept testing, covering user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

  Collaborative development: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals, support product development, and ensure designs meet customer needs.

  Systematic design: Apply systems thinking to design scalable solutions, as we plan for continuous updates and new products over the coming years.

  User-centric approach: Engage directly with customers to validate designs, gathering feedback to refine and improve user experiences.

  Design leadership: Set a strong example in the team by actively participating in peer feedback and design reviews, fostering a collaborative and creative culture. Mentor and guide junior designers.

7+ years as a product designer with a proven record of designing and delivering web or mobile applications. Ideally in a startup or agile environment, where adapting to change is the norm.
