Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests • Provide information about products and services • Resolve customer complaints and issues • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures • Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
