Maronda Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Sales Consultant.
As the vital link between lead traffic from our website, social media and home listing portals and our on-location sales-center traffic, the role as the Online Concierge is to respond to inbound leads to satisfy the home shoppers need for immediate information, answer questions and to schedule an in-person appointment with the on-location sales team at the community that best fits the buyerÂs needs.
As the first impression to our customers, this position requires customer service and must be able to direct customers to product information resources and/or connect customers with a company resource as required.
You must enjoy serving others and have excellent communication skills via a wide variety of technologies such as video conferencing, live chat, email, and, of course, via personal phone calls. Working closely with the marketing and sales departments, youÂll often be our companyÂs first impression to our potential buyers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide immediate email/phone response to all leads from Maronda Homes website and 3rd party sources, respond quickly to inquiries and convert to on-site appointments
Qualify leads and follow-up multiple times with online prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson. Set and schedule appointments for on-location community sales staff
 Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Analytical Support
 Maintain a database of leads through CRM
 Be an expert on CRM data input, reports, and functionality
 Provide reporting of lead activity and conversion
 Customer Service
 Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail
 Provide an extraordinary experience for all inbound leads by responding quickly and personally
 Build rapport and trust by guiding leads via email, and phone calls
 Respond to all inbound lead requests within 5 minutes for the initial correspondence
 Educate leads on current/future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities
 Assist prospect in selecting the best Maronda Homes community
 Partner/Teamwork
 Partner with the local community sales staff as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience during the leadÂs transition from the Online Consultant to the community sales staff
 Have a competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings and incentive opportunities at all times
 Other projects as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
 Ability to work 2 weekends per month
 Ability to work a flexible schedule
 Attend all Mandatory Meetings
 Enjoys sales and marketing activities. High energy, positive, can-do attitude
 Proficient at overcoming various sales objectives and concerns
 Strong computer skills including Google Suite proficiency
 Detail oriented, outstanding follow-up skills, customer focused
 Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills
 Ability to follow through with multiple projects
 Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
 Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
 Travel: 5-7 days quarter
Education and Work Experience
 Associates Degree or BachelorÂs Degree preferred
 Two years + of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate or homebuilding industry
 An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
