We help businesses thrive by connecting them with one of our virtual professionals for specialized support across various industries. We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Assistant who is capable of managing the account and client relationship. You will be responsible for running your service seamlessly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and demonstrate a level of expertise that qualifies you to be a trusted advisor to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Research and develop a robust lead database
 Initiate contact with prospective clients by phone, email, direct messages, and mail
 Schedule and coordinate sales calls with the leads for the sales team
 Develop a thorough understanding of the companyÂs ideal client and industries
 Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the clientÂs business goals
 Analyze lead generation metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and efforts
 Develop knowledge of industry trends and tools related to lead generation strategies
 Provide regular reports and insights to the client regarding lead generation performance
 Utilize information and resources to draft sales emails and create email templates
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
 Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
 At least 2 years of lead generation experience
 At least 2 years of experience working in a virtual role
 Sales and marketing experience is a plus
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
 Experience generating leads across various channels
 Excellent verbal and written communication
 Experience with cold calling
 Proficient in MS Office and G Suite programs is a plus
 Experience using CRM softwares is a plus
 Experience using scheduling softwares is a plus
 Strong communication, organization, project, and time management skills
