Job Summary of Delivery Merchandise Associate:

Expected to uphold a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, encompassing customer service values, and preserving a clean and organized store environment, all while following operational and security standards.

Responsibilities of Delivery Merchandise Associate:
• Visionaries in customer experience management pave the way for improved interactions with both internal and external customers through established practices
• Sustains and reflects a supportive store climate by valuing honesty, trustworthiness, and politeness
• Handles customer purchases and returns according to established operational procedures and ensures accurate transaction processing
• Highlights the value of credit and loyalty programs in customer interactions
• Ensures the maintenance of the merchandising philosophy and follows the prescribed procedures and standards
• Ensures precise handling and organization of merchandise in preparation for showcasing on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and criteria
• Engages in and contributes to store restoration as required during the day
• Upholds all standards related to organization, cleanliness, and restoration on the sales floor while also playing a role in keeping the entire store neat and tidy
• Provides and embraces regular acknowledgment and supportive feedback
• Follows all labor statutes, principles, and operational protocols
• Backs and actively takes part in store objectives to minimize shrinkage
• Engages in actions that emphasize safety awareness and the maintenance of a safe setting
• Carries out additional duties as delegated

• Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
• Retail customer experience preferred
