Citadel is seeking an experienced Contact Center Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our products and services.
 Respond to inbound phone and multimedia inquiries, meeting established metrics and service level agreements.
 Maintain advanced knowledge of Citadel's product lines to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot service issues.
 Identify customer needs through conversations and account reviews, promoting cross-selling opportunities and generating qualified referrals to other departments when necessary.
 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
 Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
