Contact Center Account Specialist Overview
Citadel is seeking an experienced Contact Center Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our products and services.
• Respond to inbound phone and multimedia inquiries, meeting established metrics and service level agreements.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Citadel's product lines to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot service issues.
• Identify customer needs through conversations and account reviews, promoting cross-selling opportunities and generating qualified referrals to other departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
