Job Title: AWS Databricks Trainer (Part-Time, Freelance)

Job Type: Freelance, Part-Time

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Hours:
• Weekdays: 1 hour per day
• Weekends: 2 hours per day
• Total Course Duration: 30-40 hours

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced AWS Databricks Trainer to provide online training on AWS Databricks, focusing on key concepts, best practices, and hands-on exercises. As a part-time, freelance trainer, you will be responsible for guiding students through the entire syllabus, ensuring they grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct live virtual training sessions, following the prescribed syllabus. • Cover core topics related to AWS Databricks, including but not limited to: • Databricks platform architecture • Data engineering and data science workflows • Integration with AWS services • Cluster management and optimization • Best practices for performance tuning • Troubleshooting and debugging Databricks jobs • Engage with students, answer queries, and provide clarification on difficult topics. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their learning. • Ensure the course content is up-to-date and aligned with current industry trends. • Maintain an interactive learning environment with demonstrations, real-world scenarios, and exercises. • Adjust training style as needed to accommodate different learning speeds and preferences.

Requirements: • Proven expertise in AWS Databricks and related services. • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies. • Prior experience in teaching or training, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. • Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, Spark, and other key tools within the Databricks ecosystem. • Comfortable conducting remote sessions and managing virtual classroom environments. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete the course within the allotted time.

Preferred Qualifications: • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications. • Experience with Python, Scala, and SQL. • Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). • Previous experience in corporate training or creating educational content.

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications).
• Flexible working hours with the ability to schedule based on student needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
