What you'll do
• Engage with customers in the appliances section to enhance the customer experience, close deals, increase profitability and achieve sales goals
• Stay informed and up-to-date on the newest technological trends and products by continually expanding your knowledge and skillset
• When addressing customer issues, it is important to always remain courteous and professional so that they feel heard and valued as a customer
• Avoid distractions when working on important tasks. This means setting boundaries on social media, email, and other distractions that may take your attention away from what is most important
• Maintaining the merchandising and readiness of your department is crucial to customer satisfaction and should never be overlooked
• Provide guidance and training to other sales associates for excelling in the department

Basic qualifications

Preferred qualifications
• Those who wish to apply for this position must have at least one year of experience leading in a related industry or comparable military leadership experience

• Twelve months of dedicated work in maintaining and enhancing CRM practices
