What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Create and coach a customer-focused environment to motivate teams and enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in identifying training needs and delivering appropriate training to staff
• Ensure agents recognize sales opportunities during problem resolution
• Analyze and prepare reports on team goal achievement, workflow, productivity, and performance
• Develop ongoing relationships with managers of key areas to ensure quality service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1-3 years of people leadership experience with demonstrated coaching skills
• 1-3 years of branch operations experience including teller line
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Availability for a 40-hour work week with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
• Must work 100% in-office

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role within the banking sector
• Familiarity with video communication tools and remote management
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
