In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Handle a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries daily, providing quick and effective resolutions.
- Meet established performance targets and KPIs.
- Document interactions and follow-ups accurately after each customer engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional, positive experience in every customer interaction.
- Meet service and operational goals, such as call abandonment rates, email response times, and returns processing.
- Maintain high-quality service by adhering to company standards and guidelines. Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and troubleshoot effectively.
- Empathetic and confident in written and verbal customer interactions.
- Expertise in chat and email etiquette, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
- 2+ years of technical/product support experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- College or university degree (an asset, but not required). Benefits:
