Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct outreach calls and emails as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to call scripts and guidelines.
Research and resolve customer inquiries using multiple systems.
Clearly communicate research findings and resolutions to customers.
Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain accurate call logs and documentation.
Recognize trends and potential risks, alerting management when necessary.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tasks.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
Call Center Experience: At least 1 year in a call center environment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers, internet, and email (Outlook).
Experience with data entry and documentation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Work Setup:
Reliable internet connection capable of handling inbound/outbound calls.
Quiet and private workspace suitable for remote work.
