Required Responsibilities
• In collaboration with cross-functional teams, lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system (Winrest, proprietary to Newrest).
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP system enhancements or modifications.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with end-users to provide training, support, and guidance on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support department decision-making processes.
• Clean and prepare data to ensure information is accurate and updated.
• Identify and report risks to internal departments and customers.
• Take the lead in pre-development tasks, such as gathering information, exploring and comparing options, and deciding the direction of a project or request.
• Import customer files (e.g., EP7, TP006, LP Carts)
• Enhance communication and build teamwork across the organization.
• Provide feedback and support to team members.
• Assist in creating user guides where necessary.
• Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position.
• Other job duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Education/Experience Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or certification in MIS, IT, business, finance, or data-related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience managing or maintaining an ERP, WMS, CMS, or EDI.

The work environment will have temperatures ranging from room temperature to very hot, with noise levels varying from moderate to very loud.
