Key Responsibilities:

Keep thorough records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to quickly address client concerns and improve service delivery.

Stay informed about company updates to provide clients with the most current information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Comfortable using computer systems and applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
