Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product questions, order issues, returns, refunds, and account concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective resolutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for reference and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, and policies.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meeting quality and productivity metrics.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon products and services.
