Key Responsibilities
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
 Assist customers with product questions, order issues, returns, refunds, and account concerns.
 Troubleshoot problems and provide effective resolutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
 Document customer interactions accurately in the system for reference and continuous improvement.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AmazonÂs products, services, and policies.
 Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
 Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meeting quality and productivity metrics.
Required Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
 Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
 Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
 Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
 Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support.
 Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
 Familiarity with Amazon products and services.
