The Role: Senior Recruiter, Leadership & Business
We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and execution-driven Senior Recruiter to drive leadership and business hiring across our Commercial, G&A and R&D functions. They will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, utilizing strategies that attract highly skilled professionals and leadership talent. With a deep understanding of the talent landscape in tech, fintech, and financial services, youÂll play a critical role in scaling high-impact teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, with a strong focus on the U.S.
This role offers remote flexibility nationwide in the U.S. with a hybrid option in our New York HQ.
Your Impact
 Lead executive and strategic hiring efforts across Commercial, G&A, and R&D engaging with senior leadership to shape hiring priorities.
 Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging executive search methodologies, talent mapping, and industry insights to attract top leadership and business talent.
 Influence and advise senior stakeholders on talent strategies, role scoping, market trends, and competitive positioning.
 Drive a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring seamless executive-level engagement throughout the hiring process.
 Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance AscendaÂs reputation as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 Collaborate with the People Success team to develop policies and procedures for the recruitment process.
 Champion diversity hiring, embedding inclusive practices into sourcing, assessment, and decision-making.
 Leverage data to drive hiring excellence, providing insights on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring effectiveness.
 Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating our culture, values, and vision to top talent.
Who You Are
 10+ years of experience in leadership or business recruiting across Commercial, G&A, or R&D in high-growth environments.
 Proven ability to engage, attract, and close top-tier leadership talent in competitive markets.
 Deep expertise in talent intelligence, market mapping, and executive search methodologies.
 Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
 Data-driven approach to refining recruitment strategies and optimizing hiring processes.
 Track record of championing diversity hiring and embedding inclusive recruiting practices.
 A growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
