The Site Based Partnership and Program Facilitator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago (BBBSChi) is a part-time role focused on building and managing partnerships with schools, institutions, and corporations to facilitate one-to-one mentoring relationships. This position is responsible for recruiting volunteers and youth, overseeing program logistics, and ensuring engaging program experiences that align with BBBSChi's mission to support youth development. The facilitator will work closely with program partners and provide support during mentoring sessions, while also promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
 Recruit potential volunteers and youth for 8-12 site-based programs by engaging partners and conducting informational meetings.

 Oversee all logistics, content, and budgets for program sessions, including evening and weekend commitments.

 Provide regular reports to program partners to ensure that programs are filled and participants are engaged.

 Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with school staff, corporate partners, and BBBSChi.

 Lead orientations and training sessions for volunteer mentors, parents, and youth.
,
 Conduct Match Introduction Meetings and activate new matches.
,
 Develop group and one-on-one projects/activities for mentoring programs and provide on-site support during sessions.

 Promote a safe environment for all children involved in the mentoring program.

 Support in developing a Standard Report for each program year and contribute to team projects.

 Provide friendly, approachable customer service and represent the Agency professionally.
Requirements
 Bachelor's or master's degree required; alignment with BBBS Mission and Vision essential.

 2-4 years' experience in youth work, program management, or community partnerships preferred.
,
 Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 Availability for 3-4 evenings and some weekends; reliable car, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.
Nice-to-haves
 Experience in program management or community partnerships.
