We are seeking a Cultivation Technician I to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities: • Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning • Flower room work: deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning • Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks • Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste • Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules • Driving our positive, respectful and grateful company culture

Requirements: • Generalized computer skills • Ability to work 40 hours a week Tuesday through Saturday • Detail oriented • Ability to work under pressure • Able to adapt to changes • Ability to perform repetitive tasks • High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done • At least 21 years of age
