Government Account Manager (remote)

The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading!
How you will do it
 Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts.
 Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads
 Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.
 Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.
 Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts
 Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services
 Forecasting and tracking  Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities.
What we look for
 Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas
 BachelorÂs degree or equivalent business experience
 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients
 Technical aptitude working with software solutions
 Relationship management and cross functional communications
 Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
