K13 is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telesales Representative to drive B2C sales through effective telephone outreach. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to earn uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities: Â Proactively initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, building rapport and identifying their needs. Â Utilize provided scripts as a foundation, adapting communication to resonate with individual customer profiles. Â Employ active listening and strategic questioning to understand customer requirements and tailor product recommendations. Â Effectively close sales by highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns. Â Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback in relevant systems. Â Stay informed about product updates and new offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Â Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. Â Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
Qualifications: Â Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Â Demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt to diverse customer personalities. Â Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of closing deals. Â Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM systems. Â Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Â Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
