We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our sterilization procedures and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Â Assist in the sterilization of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to established protocols. Â Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized. Â Monitor and document sterilization processes, maintaining accurate records and logs. Â Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment. Â Ensure the sterilization area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. Â Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Â Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a health science field is a plus. Â Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Â Strong organizational and time-management skills. Â Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Â Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols. Â Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $18-$19 an hour
