Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the sterilization of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to established protocols. • Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized. • Monitor and document sterilization processes, maintaining accurate records and logs. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment. • Ensure the sterilization area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a health science field is a plus. • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols. • Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $18-$19 an hour
