Job Description

As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to all our customers in-store. We’ll provide you with the training and knowledge necessary to confidently suggest the best tech products and solutions tailored to each individual. By delivering an exceptional shopping experience and showcasing the potential of technology, you’ll play a key role in enriching lives.

What you'll do
• Encourage staff to welcome customers with a warm and inviting attitude
• Serve our customers by employing your passion for technology and excellent communication skills as a brand ambassador
• Offer personalized after-sales support solutions such as product training or installation to ensure that buyers are getting the most out of their purchase
• Fulfill the job of handling financial tasks for customers who purchase, return, or exchange products
• Network with others in your industry to gain insights and new perspectives
• Ensure that your department is kept clean and fully stocked at all times
