Live Chat Agent – Remote

We are seeking proactive and personable live chat agents to help businesses connect with their customers in real-time. As the frontline of customer interaction, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and support requests via website live chat function and social media platforms.

As a live chat agent, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are entry level chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote chat support worldwide (United States preferred).
