The Pricing Lead, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Integration is responsible for executing project plans (Systems, Staffing and Processes) that support the overall pricing integration strategy. This individual will serve as a resource and coach to Sales Leaders, Area Staff, and local pricing teams on conversion.

The individual in this position requires the ability to embrace and drive change throughout all phases of the Integration lifecycle. The individual will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate cross functionally, effective project management and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Management: Executes the strategy and project plan required to achieve the conversion of existing Pricing organization into USF systems and processes. Provide regular updates on activities and key deliverables; identify issues, trends, roadblocks, resource constraints, and resolve or escalate as needed. Drives achievement of key results for M&A Integration sites.
• Support Pricing / Commerical Leadership: Demonstrates a strong foundation in Pricing fundamentals, technologies, tools and systems to effectively support and advise the organization. Serves as a resource and coach for Sales and Pricing teams. Cultivates strong relationships and ensures alignment and support with Integration strategies and activities. Effectively brings leaders along on the change. Remains up to date with changes in US Foods procedures.
• Cross Functional Partnerships: Collaborates with other key functions and stakeholders to execute project plan activities including Network Planning, Shared Business Services, Finance, Legal, Commercial and other teams or partners as needed.
• Training: Implements a comprehensive training program including scheduling and conducting sessions and tracking training completion to ensure compliance. Educates associates USF programs and processes that drive compliance, profit and customer retention.
• Data Conversion and Reporting: Oversees the conversion of legacy contractual agreements to USF systems. Analyzes legacy customer incentives, Vendor deviation documents, Street pricing, Cost Mapping, Allowance/charges and agency contracts to determine approach for transitioning data to USF Systems. Audits reporting to ensure accuracy.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Seeking 5 years prior experience in a pricing, where candidate gained both functional experience and business and problem-solving experience. • Project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities / projects with the ability to track and report progress through effective project management techniques. • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively deliver presentations. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills required. • The role requires proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Possess an understanding of business and pricing acumen and can apply those successfully on a day-to-day basis. • 50-75% travel is required.

• Thorough knowledge and experience of USF pricing related tools and technology.
• Food distribution experience preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $75,600 - $122,700.

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
