WeÂre looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and implement an AI-driven outreach strategy to help generate and qualify leads. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in sales outreach but also understands how to leverage AI-powered sales tools to maximize efficiency. What YouÂll Do
 Develop & Implement an AI-Driven Outreach Strategy  Research and recommend the best AI-powered sales tools for lead generation and prospect engagement.
 Lead Generation & Prospecting  Identify and research potential clients in key industries (tech, startups, agencies, events, etc.).
 AI-Driven Outreach Execution  Set up automated workflows for personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling using AI-powered tools.
 Qualify Leads  Engage with prospects to assess their video production or AV needs and pass on high-quality leads.
 Book Sales Meetings  Schedule discovery calls with potential clients for our leadership team.
 CRM & Automation Management  Implement and maintain outreach automation tools, track outreach efforts, and optimize the sales funnel.
 Collaborate with Marketing  Align messaging and strategy to improve outreach effectiveness.
Who You Are
 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (SDR, BDR, or similar role).
 Experience with AI-Powered Sales Tools  Familiar with platforms like Apollo.io, Clay, ChatGPT for sales automation, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar AI-driven outreach tools.
 Excellent Communication Skills  Confident on the phone, great at writing personalized emails, and engaging on LinkedIn.
 Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven  Comfortable testing, optimizing, and iterating on outreach strategies using AI and automation.
 Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented  YouÂre motivated by hitting targets and refining your approach.
 Interest in Video Production & AV  Bonus if you have industry experience or a strong curiosity about it.
What We Offer
 Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 (for 20 hrs/week).
 Commission Structure:
 2% - 5% commission on closed deals
 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
 Remote & Flexible Work Environment  Work from anywhere, as long as you can commit to 20 hrs/week.

Looking for someone with the following skills:
 Experience implementing AI-driven sales outreach tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, ChatGPT for sales, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
 Proven track record of developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies using automation and AI-powered workflows.
 Familiarity with email personalization, sequencing, and A/B testing to improve engagement rates.
 Ability to analyze outreach data and metrics to refine and improve conversion rates.
 Experience working in video production, AV services, or creative industries is a plus.
 Background in B2B sales, SaaS, marketing agencies, or event production industries is beneficial.
 Strong project management skills to set up, test, and iterate on outreach strategies efficiently.
