CUSTOMER

Our client is a creative production studio based in Germany, specializing in data-driven marketing solutions for the automotive industry. Their primary focus is creating personalized content to produce dynamic representations of various car configurations. Â

• Manage several projects simultaneously, including fixed-price and time-and-materials modelsÂ

• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standardsÂ

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestonesÂ

• Coordinate resources and effectively manage project risksÂ

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates Â

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into deliverable solutionsÂ

• Assist with requirements documentation in collaboration with Product Owner Â

• Conduct project post-mortems to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement Â

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust Â

• Act as a mentor and guide to team membersÂ

• Set goals and roadmaps for specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational roadmapÂ

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackÂ

• 3+ years of experience in IT project managementÂ

• Proven track record of managing fixed-price projects and delivering them successfullyÂ

• Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities

• Hands-on experience managing diverse teams in remote and hybrid setups Â

• Good experience of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)Â

• Great communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ

• Good feeling of product success and experience to suggest and argue the most appropriate solutions to the Customer Â

• Expertise in conflict resolution and decision-making under tight deadlines Â

• Knowledge of budget tracking for fixed-price contractsÂ

• Experience with technical environments and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)Â

• Ability to balance client needs and internal team dynamics Â

• An Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishÂ
