We're looking for Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise healthcare customers. YouâllÂ beÂ theÂ faceÂ ofÂ Betterleap for our most strategic accounts âÂ ensuringÂ seamlessÂ onboarding,Â deliveringÂ exceptionalÂ customerÂ experience,Â and acting as a trusted advisor to executives and key stakeholders.

OwnÂ allÂ customerÂ interactions,Â troubleshootÂ issues,Â resolveÂ inquiriesÂ quickly,Â andÂ maintainÂ highÂ customerÂ satisfaction

DevelopÂ scalableÂ supportÂ resources,Â includingÂ guides,Â FAQs,Â andÂ videoÂ tutorialsÂ toÂ reduceÂ friction

Qualifications
