As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in structuring and improving documentation workflows, ensuring efficient content management. You will work closely with the team to introduce best practices and enhance the accessibility of technical documentation.Â

Our client specializes in innovative hygiene solutions, ranging from soap dispensers to automated dosing systems. They operate one of Europe’s most modern chemical production facilities, continuously advancing hygiene technology.



PROJECT

The project focuses on implementing a new system for technical documentation to enhance content management and streamline documentation workflows. As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in introducing and optimizing either Heretto or Tridion, ensuring efficient structuring, storage, and accessibility of technical content.Â

• Lead the implementation of Heretto or Tridion for technical documentationÂ
• Optimize documentation workflows and ensure adherence to best practices in content managementÂ
• Train and support internal teams in using the selected documentation platformÂ
• Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and user requirementsÂ

• Experience in writing technical documentation and texts.Â
• Hands-on experience with Heretto or Tridion (or similar)Â
• Proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal)Â
• Strong knowledge of content management systems and documentation best practicesÂ
• Familiarity with structured authoring methodologiesÂ
• Ability to work independently and manage documentation projectsÂ
• Strong communication and collaboration skillsÂ
• Availability for business trips once a monthÂ
