VP of Accounting, you will lead and transform our accounting function, driving financial excellence while optimizing NetSuite and Salesforce. This is a unique opportunity to shape a world-class finance organization, collaborate with executive leadership, and play a critical role in Ataccamaâs continued expansion.

Your Challenge

Financial Oversight & Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and drive operational excellence.

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Partner with FP&A to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations & Process Improvement:

Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.

Optimize and automate accounting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Ensure proper revenue recognition practices and adherence to accounting policies.

Support capital planning and financing strategies, including securing lines of credit and optimizing banking relationships.

Oversee financial system integrations, particularly with NetSuite and Salesforce.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Support senior leadership with financial analysis and insights to drive business performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, RevOps, Legal, etc.) to align financial strategy with company goals.

Implement best practices for cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Cultivate a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and collaboration.

Is This You?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in a high-growth technology company is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP), Salesforce, and other financial systems.

Expertise in managing financial operations for a global company, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-improvement mindset.

Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
