Help Desk Technicianprovides Level 1 IT support to all IDT Employees and Contractors.The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving service desk tickets, as well as responding to requests via emails, slack, online calls, or in-person regarding problems or questions submitted by Employees and Contractors.
