As an HR & Office Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a compliant, inclusive, and collaborative working environment for the local and remote team members within your region. This role will strive to make the office a welcoming and comfortable space to conduct business with ease, as well as accommodate guests or team members traveling into the region.

To ensure compliance within Korea, you will need to stay up to date with employment laws and conduct internal audits on current policies and procedures. In addition, you will uphold our mission and values and make a conscious effort to provide an excellent employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain office space and facilities to ensure an efficient and comfortable work environment.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Manage office-related expenses and optimize operational costs.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for employees and external visitors.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to business travel and guest visits.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing, corporate tax reporting, and company credit card management.
  • Support payment processing for consultants and third-party employment groups.
  • Manage legal documents, contracts, and corporate registration paperwork.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic employee records in compliance with local regulations.
  • Organize internal company events and support external collaboration activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Support the talent acquisition team with interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration or human resources
  • Business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the company, including applicants
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Proactive mindset, able to anticipate department/team needs and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to maintain confidentiality
