    Designation - Team Lead- Consulting (Quantitative Research)

    Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

    Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and execute quantitative research mandates, including NPS, CSAT, brand perception studies, and behavioral research projects.

  • Develop and implement appropriate research methodologies, including survey design, sampling techniques, and data collection strategies.

  • Perform advanced statistical analyses to uncover actionable insights from research data.

  • Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, trends, and strategic recommendations.

  • Engage directly with senior management clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable research projects.

  • Present findings and strategic insights to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quantitative research during client interactions and proposals.

  • Assist the sales team by preparing compelling proposals, concept notes, and presentations.

  • Develop case studies and white papers showcasing research capabilities and project successes.

  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for new or repeat mandates.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of researchers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Provide training on best practices for quantitative research and analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, and Finance for seamless project execution.
  • Key Requirements


  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in quantitative research and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, R, Python, or similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of NPS, CSAT, and other quantitative research methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments.

  • Strong customer focus and results orientation.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Willingness to travel across India as required.
