Reporting the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations, the Customer Success Operations Program Manager ensures key programs and projects associated with the Customer Success and Support (CS&S) organizationâs priorities and strategy are executed. This role works across the CS&S organizations and with the larger business to understand initiative progress, challenges, roadblocks and issues that my delay or inhibit key projects being executed. The role provides regular communication and updates on the status of initiatives and outlines risks and opportunities with key stakeholders.
