We are seeking a talented and Strategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in Berlin. Partnership is central in Aircall growth strategy. This role is
crucial for driving our partner growth on a key market at Aircall: DACH.As a Strategic PAM, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers (such as Hubspot) and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
This role is for the Aircall office in
Paris.
Key responsibilities
Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircallâs market presence in France, Italy and Middle East regions.
Strategic Planning: Leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircallâs goals and objectives.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications :
Native German language, English fluent, Dutch would be a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy.
