Delta One Trade Support Analyst (Derivatives)

Responsibilities

Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced

Perform ad-hoc scripting (Python) upon trading desk's request

Optimize strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements

Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies

Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of experience in the crypto industry

Good knowledge in crypto derivatives products and genuine interest in crypto markets

Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks

Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills

Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiarity with working in LINUX environment is a big plus

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
