Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Management Reporting: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to provide insights into financial performance, trends, and variances.
Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities, including FATCA/CRS.
Reconciliations: Oversee the reconciliation process for all financial accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Tax Filings: Prepare and file all VAT and Corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support to facilitate a smooth and timely audit process.
Budgets and Forecasts: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and analysis to support business decisions.
Internal Controls: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls over financial reporting and operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, tax, legal, and operations to support business goals and objectives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications: ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
Personality: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning.
