We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who wants to be a key enabler for the entire company, who wants the simple things to be automatic and the hard things to be possible.
Youâll be responsible for a combination of IT support activities, including service desk support, process optimization, system configuration, hardware and networks tasks for our Australian & USA based teams.
While Kasada is a remote-first company, this role will require visits to the Sydney office. We do not require a fixed or minimum number of days per week.
