What your day could consist of:
Proactive Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, proactively engage in conversation to uncover user needs and pain points, and identify opportunities for providing assistance and value during the trial phase.
Discovery Process: Conduct a thorough discovery process to understand the prospectâs requirements, uncover key pain points and challenges faced by the user, and gather insights to tailor solutions and recommendations effectively.
Enablement Call Preparation: Prepare for enablement calls to craft a personalized customer journey, use gathered information to create a tailored plan for the userâs needs, develop a comprehensive understanding of how the product/service addresses the userâs challenges, and optimize the trial experience for product adoption and conversion.
Deal Closure: Utilize consultative sales tactics to close deals, understand and address customer needs and preferences, and navigate the sales process efficiently to meet individual and team goals
Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary information, assist in the pursuit and closure of deals requiring a more robust commercial process or technical expertise.
