Within the Workflow, Shared Capabilities and Automation organization, we have an immediate opening for passionate and self-driven individuals wanting to have workflow /automation career. We are seeking a Senior Administrator who will report into the Director, Research Automation and Services.

The Senior Administrator plays a key role in our operational workflows process which includes requests from business to developed and maintain workflow processes in the United States. The Senior Administrator will also be responsible for researching, identifying opportunity with Research, and working amongst various teams at Dun & Bradstreet to drive operational excellence through process controls, process improvement and development of new capabilities.

These efforts seek to make the organization more effective and efficient while delivering outstanding customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function efficiently on a team of fast paced data and technical experts
  • Create & manage data ingestion & extraction, including web data collection via python, API integrations, batch file deliveries among others
  • Present Information and facts in a logical manner for ideas specific to how to improve our workflow processes.
  • Lead the business decision-making by retrieving & aggregating datasets from multiple sources into actionable formats and tools
  • Experience in various methods of data ingestion and collection preferred areas such as web data collection, ftp and other file delivery channels
  • Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science field, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar preferred
  • Strong Python and SQL is a minimum requirement, experience with using these languages to evaluate data quality, accuracy & completeness preferred.
  • Min of 2 years of experience within a similar position.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Foundational understanding of Logic and Machine Learning
  • Understanding of FTP and data transfer/importation methods helpful
