As a Sales Manager at Blacklane, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and ensuring traveler's experience reliability and first-class service around the globe. By collaborating across teams, leveraging your strategic sales acumen, and contributing to the growth of our B2B partnerships, you'll help shape the future of mobility and deliver on our mission to provide sustainable, world-class chauffeur services.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious business development professional to lead the acquisition of corporate clients in either our New York or Miami hub. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the travel and ground transportation industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strategic thinker with a proven track record of building B2B sales pipelines and converting high-value opportunities.
YOUR CHALLENGE:- Drive the revenue and profitability of Blacklane for Business, through the acquisition of new corporate partners.
- Establish relationships with high-value potential customers and partners.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of a business plan for your region and customer groups.
- Push innovative thinking and set challenging goals and objectives.
- Build relationships with other departments to help steer regional projects and insights.
- Collaborate closely with the sales operations department to assess results and improve performance.
- Represent Blacklane at industry events and conferences. Â
- You are an experienced sales professional with an upbeat outlook and exceptional sales abilities.
- A self starter you have demonstrated successes in B2B sales, ground transportation, corporate travel or another relevant industry.
- Proven ability to work in an international sales team (remotely).
- Youâre competitive and work at a fast pace. You also have a strong moral compass and do not cut corners.
- A track record of successfully pitching for new business and increasing revenue through the generation of leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and analytical skills.
- You are a skilled negotiator who creates new ideas for win-win deals.
- Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
