Key Details

Start Date: Flexible, ideally starting from March/April 2025

⏳ Duration: Full-time for 6 months (hybrid work mode - 3 days a week in the office in Barcelona)

What You’ll Work On

Incentive Optimization: Developing real-time predictive models to guide drivers to high-demand areas while keeping costs in check.

Experimentation at Scale: Improving and scaling Stuart’s A/B testing and experimentation capabilities to empower teams with better insights.

Scaling Data Science Solutions: Helping integrate models into production, working closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams.
