Clinical Informatics Project Manager

What youâll do:

Read, understand, and apply oncology guidelines to potential gaps in a patientsâ care (i.e. Tempus Next)Â
Evaluate patients against specific genetic and clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria using various Tempus systems for care gap identification
Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information for orders with predicted care gaps
Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to improve and expand Next & strengthening clinical and technical support for providers participating in Next

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferredÂ
Experience reviewing Oncology patients for clinical research
3+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Obsessive attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment

Nice to Haves:

OCN certification
CCRP certification
Experience working with large datasetsÂ
Experience working in roles that operated at the intersection of of health and technology

The expected salary range below is applicable if the role is performed from [Remote] and may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits, depending on the position.

Remote - USA Range

$75,000

$110,000 USD
