About the Role:
Aircall is seeking a Sales Director to lead our fantastic North America East Coast Sales Team and make an impact in North America. This role includes the direct management of Strategic AEs on one side and Velocity AEs (with an existing Velocity AE Team Manager in place).You will
report directly to our Global VP Sales and will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of Aircall for the East Coast of North America. You are a strong people manager, passionate about designing and scaling a successful Sales organization to support our extensive growth and meet the changing needs of our customers. Youâre an expert of East Coast Go-To-Market with experience collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Outbound etc.This position is based onsite (hybrid) in

The base salary range for this position is within the $160,000 minimumand $190,000 maximum per year range.
This is not including bonuses/commission plans, and other benefits.
The OTE of this position is $300,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. This is not including equity and other benefits.Additional Information
