Our Corporate teams support the companyâs performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodooâs Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodooâs success.

Role

Assist in driving local payroll providers

Participate in the payroll preparation and processing for our French and International entities

Participate in payroll declarations related to equity vesting and perform French statutory reporting

Provide assistance in daily tasks and employees support in regards to the benefits administration (lunch vouchers, health insurances, child daycare, employees savings plans, transportation)

Participate in organizing benefits benchmarks and ensure our total package competitiveness for our French and International entities

Profile

HR-focused academic background

Interested in payroll-related topics

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheet

Strong sense of rigor and agility

Full proficiency in French and English
