Weâre looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally to develop and execute Gearsetâs partner marketing strategy. This role will position Gearset as a leader in the DevOps and Salesforce ecosystems by driving awareness, educating partners on our value, and creating impactful co-marketing initiatives that will drive growth for Gearset. The Partner Marketing Manager will design and execute both âmarketing toâ campaigns, focused on educating partners and generating awareness, and âmarketing withâ campaigns to align go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create joint opportunities.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with experience in SaaS partner marketing. They should have a strong understanding of building scalable partnerships, enabling partner networks, and running high-impact co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. Theyâll also have strong collaboration values, and a desire to work closely with Sales and Alliances to ensure success.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on Gearsetâs next stage of growth through strategic partnerships.Alongside the alliances team, create a strong unified messaging framework to foster a âbetter together storyâ, that resonates with partner priorities for both âmarketing toâ and âmarketing withâ initiatives.Collaborate with GSI marketing teams on joint campaigns targeting business buyers / Key Account customers, such as webinars, white papers, or thought leadership.Identify champions and build relationships with key stakeholders in GSIs to so they reach out to Gearset with co-marketing opportunities.Co-branded content: Create resources like co-branded case studies, eBooks, and solution guides to showcase joint value.Partner with GSIs to host events or roundtables, and ensure presence in GSI-led Salesforce events or industry conferences.Multi-channel campaigns to create visibility, educate decision makers and build trust as the DevOps platform of choice for Salesforce teamsCreate educational content, resources, and materials that partners can leverage to educate their networks on Gearsetâs unique value propositions, positioning Gearset as a thought leader in modern DevOpsBuild a Gearset Certification Program for GSI consultants to upskill in Salesforce DevOps and demonstrate expertise to their clients.Create tailored enablement materials, such as GSI-specific pitch decks, joint customer case studies, partner microsites and more.As the only Partner Marketing Manager, youâll need to leverage the expertise and support of the wider Marketing, Sales and Alliances team. This includes working across marketing to develop a âpartner firstâ mindset across our broader marketing campaigns and disciplines.Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to identify clear KPIs to measure and report on the success of Partner Marketing campaigns. About you
Extensive experience in partner marketing, alliances, or a related role in B2B SaaS. Experience with GSIs is a must.Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing strategies, with a focus on education, enablement, and co-marketing.Strong analytical skills to set and track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.Ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships, working with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
