Overview:
Weâre looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Sword Health to join our fast-paced health-tech and health services startup. You will be responsible for proactively overseeing a variety of activities and functions, including corporate governance, entity management, equity program administration, compliance and diligence support, and other special projects. The Legal team is small but very dynamic and effective, and this role will have a high-impact on the future of the company. We need someone that is eager to jump in and contribute.
