Director, CSM DACH will lead the charge in ensuring our clients not only achieve but exceedtheir goals. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing customersuccess teams and scaling customer success operations to drive significant value for our customers andthe business.

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with complex, enterprise solutions in customer success or account management roles within a a technology or SaaS company

  • At least 5 years in a leadership role preferred

  • Proven track record of leading customer success teams to drive business and customer success.

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills in managing to influence a matrix organisation of stakeholders are critical

  • Client-centric approach, with good commercial instincts

  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment

  • Self-starter who can work independently, enjoys solving problems and executing against plans

  • Strong service management and project management skills

  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people andteams in support of driving success

  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs

  • Fluency in English and German languages
