Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2.

Role

We’re looking for a Product Lead to drive the success of Paper.io 2. In this role, you will focus on live operations, economy systems, and feature optimization to maximize player engagement and business growth. You’ll collaborate with a small, high-performing team, ensuring fast execution, continuous iteration, and measurable impact.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games in a product-focused role, specializing in economy, live events, and live operations.
  • Proven ability to launch and refine player-facing features, leveraging data to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong foundation in product analytics, with experience reading dashboards and applying data insights to optimize performance.
  • Skilled in roadmap planning, market analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and maximize business success.
  • A track record of shipping features and using data-driven decisions to improve and refine existing systems.
