How youâll make an impact:
As a Senior Partner Success Manager you will be working with our Partners who have a majority of their clients on Xero. You would be responsible for accelerating the growth of Xero Partners by increasing revenue from existing customers. More specifically, the Senior Partner Success Manager role will enable sustainable growth, retention, support and development of some of our largest and most complex Xero Partners in Australia.
You will make an impact by challenging the thinking of Xero Partners while helping them understand the value of the Xero ecosystem and how to successfully embed and use the Xero Practice Tools. As part of this role you will be responsible for facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance.
What you'll do:
Work with a selection of large and complex accounting and bookkeeping firms to strategise ways to increase their revenue and promote growthBuild a territory plan with the Territory Manager to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades, increasing the mix of Business Edition plans, and grow the attach rate of connected payment servicesWork closely with other in-team and cross functional team members to deliver an amazing servicePlan and run 1:Many client and Partner events designed to accelerate growth of revenue and new customersRelationship management of existing accounting PartnersCreating, presenting and attending Xero Partner events whilst driving Partner and staff attendance to webinars, events as well as certification trainingEducate Partners through the mechanics and benefits of the Xero Partner programEnsure Partners receive timely product and educational updatesCombat churn and risk of deletion through education and value propositionEducate Partners on all Partner resources available and remain certifiedCollate feedback from Partners on feature requests and relay through the appropriate channelsInfluence adoption of Xeroâs adjacent productsEarly detection and mitigation of deletion risksDriving online strategy deep within the practice, and increasing the number of active users within each firmIdentify any gaps in knowledge, strategy or buy-in within a firm, youâll work to close these gaps and ensure the Partner is aware of the resources available to themWorking closely with the Partner Consulting team to deliver individual and territory goalsLiaise/present with key add-ons to PartnersDevelop customer programs, processes and best practices including a deployment blueprint and tips for using our product What you'll bring with you:
Experience with managing long term client relationshipsExperience with presentation and spreadsheet tools inclusive of CRM database skillsDirect knowledge and hands on experience with the workings of an accounting practice and it's systems An interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting marketProven sales performance and results driven with loads of initiative and ability to work autonomouslyOutstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships, including strong public speaking skillsThe ability to create a quick and strong rapport with PartnersAn urgency to meet and exceed expectations of Partners Additional Information
