Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team at Lendbuzz. The ideal candidate will play a key role in applying payments to customer accounts, managing payment adjustments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and apply incoming payments to loan payment tables to ensure both accuracy and timely processing

Collaborate with other teams at Lendbuzz to pinpoint and confirm the correct payment destinations, ensuring smooth financial operations

Identify, document, and implement required adjustments to payment tables to maintain accurate records and address discrepancies

Calculate and prepare refund payments for customers or dealerships as necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies

Assist the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously

Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and other departments

Previous experience customer payment applications is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
